Foam Machine

The foam machine is a unit which is multi-purpose and suitable for : foam , cloth blanks , seamless apparel , finished garments and fabric. Very useful for developing new products .

The machine has been designed with the emphasis   on safe handling .

A new touchscreen showing all functions (as in the fabric machine) is currently being  produced .

The machine is equipped with an automatic gripper device that removes the foam after the molding process , allowing it to cool before being transfered to a stacking device. 

a new  gripper is being developed that will automatically place the foam in the machine resulting in a fully  automatic and efficient  working station. Future conveyors  on the production  line will support and contribute to a “lean” process which will eventually lead to a fully automated system for gathering information and quality data  that it is much needed in the industry.
